The phenomenon continues... The Twilight Saga: Eclipse took the UK box office by storm this month, with a whopping £13m on its opening weekend. In the US it well and truly eclipsed all the competition with the biggest opening of the year and has already taken over $500m worldwide as the global domination of The Twilight Saga continues. Kennedy Monk produced the entire UK press and outdoor campaign for Eclipse and are as ever, very proud to be a part of Twilight's phenomenal success and of our great working relationship with E1 Entertainment UK. We're currently working on packaging for the DVD release for Eclipse due out later this year. |

Tank you very much. Forget Orcs and Elves. This year, the only world you want to be in is: World of Tanks! Wargaming.Net, a London based games company with it's development team in Belarus, approached Kennedy Monk to come up with a striking main image for their new game. World of Tanks is an unusual combination of military tank warfare, set in an MMO. Boasting stunningly realistic graphics, the emphasis is firmly on fun. The art was developed in record-speed. Initial ideas and sketches were taken through to final art in just a couple of months. In game models were provided, rendered and the final composition coloured and finished in photoshop. Wargaming were delighted with the final, explosive piece. World of Tanks is planned for release |

East meets West End Kennedy Monk are proud to have produced the packaging and print advertising for the new RTS title from Square-Enix. This heralds an exciting new relationship between Square-Enix and Kennedy Monk ltd. Square-Enix were looking for an eye-catching visual style that would set Order of War apart from all of it's competitors. Order of War represents the first "western" title for Square-Enix and so it was important that a strong visual statement was made. We're very excited to be involved with such a ground-breaking release for Square-Enix. Building on the success of Order of War K&M are now developing a further 2 titles for Square Enix. The numb3rs don't 1ie Knowing exploded onto cinema screens earlier this year, with a £6.5m take at the box office, so great things were expected of the DVD. K&M were there to lend a hand, designing the packaging and press. This cerebral sci-fi action flick, directed by Alex Proyas (Dark City, I, Robot) appealed to a primarily male audience, so long-lead press ads were placed in specialist film and sci-fi magazines. The results? A fantastic opening day performance that put the film at number one in both the blu-ray and dvd charts. K&M are delighted to have been involved in another great success for E1. |

License to Thrill Kennedy Monk were delighted to be commissioned by Penguin Books to design outdoor advertising for the paperback release of the latest Bond novel, Sebastian Faulks writing as Ian Fleming's Devil May Care. Penguin were looking for a campaign that would deliver the requisite glamour and thrills that are hallmarks of the Bond movie franchise. Devil May Care was Penguin's fastest selling hardback ever, and great things are expected of the paperback, which won the prize for popular fiction at the Galaxy British Book Awards in April 2009. |
